Min/Max order
The quantity of one order is 25,000 jars, that is 22 tons of weights.
These numbers depend on the weight of the jars can be changed.
Special terms
RA Law “On Value Added Tax”, section V / Privileges and zero-rate taxes, according to which the taxable turnover of goods exported under the customs regime “export to free circulation” outside the customs border of the Republic of Armenia is applied to the zero VAT rate
RA Law “On the Specifics of the Calculation and Payment of Indirect Taxes between the Member Sates of the Eurasian Economic Union (EurAsEC), in order to justify the application of the zero VAT rate, the exporter within 180 days after the date of actual export of goods from the territory of the Republic of Armenia, must submit tax authority at the place of registration to the following documents:
- Export tax return of the exporter
- Completed application of the importer for import and indirect taxes (or exemption from indirect taxes, indirect taxes payable in different ways) approved by the tax authority of the importer
As for the export of products to European countries, the issued Forma A certificate is the basis for exemption from VAT, with the exception of preserves and jams
