After a cool 24-hour decantation process, the juice is
fermented at 14-16ºC for 20 days. The second fermenta-
tion is carried out in special pressure tanks for 30 days.
Serving suggestions: Pairs well with appetizers, seafood,
sushi and fruit desserts. Tasting notes: The sparkling wine
has a light yellow color with delicate and elegant bubbles
displaying citric and fresh aromas with some notes of
toast bread. The intense acidity makes it fresh and easy
